Meet Dr. McGee

Dr. Patrick McGee is a 2009 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences with a minor in chemistry. Following graduation, he attended LSU School of Dentistry and graduated in 2013. He received awards for outstanding senior dental student from the Academy of General Dentistry. He was also awarded for his volunteer dental services by the American Association of Public Health Dentistry. Following dental school he completed a dental implantology education continuum through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in Houston, TX and another through the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program in Birmingham, AL. He received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2019 and is currently enrolled as a PhD student in Molecular Sciences and Nanotechnology at Louisiana Tech University. He is the current Northeast LA board member for the Louisiana Dental Services (a suborganization of the LA Dental Association) and is a past-president of the Northeast LA Dental Association. From 2014-2015, he was an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Louisiana-Monroe Dental Hygiene department.

He is married to his wife Emily, and has two sons, Ben and Hunter. In his free time he enjoys aviation, hunting and fishing, and LSU sports. They are active members of the Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
